Now Hiring: Marine Technician / Boatyard Team Member

Harbor West Yacht Services is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work around boats every day while learning from experienced professionals. We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career in the marine industry.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and haul boats using our 35 Metric Ton Marine Travelift
• Step and unstep sailboat masts using our 19-ton Manitex crane
• Perform general boatyard work and seasonal boat handling
• Assist with boat maintenance and marine repair projects
• Help customers with haul-outs, launches, and storage
• Operate equipment safely and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized yard and shop

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Able to safely lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Boating or marine experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
