About Harbor West Yacht Services
Harbor West Yacht Services has served boaters on Grand Traverse Bay since 1984, providing boat storage, haul-out and launch, mast services, marine service and repair, and specialized lifting services. With both marina waterfront and inland boatyard service facilities in Traverse City, we have the equipment, experience, and space to handle vessels ranging from smaller recreational boats to larger sail and power yachts.
Built Around Boating Since 1984
Harbor West Yacht Services has been part of the Traverse City boating community since 1984. Over the years, the operation has grown to support boaters with storage, haul-out and launch, mast services, marine service and repair, and specialized lifting.
Today, Harbor West Yacht Services operates from two Traverse City locations, combining a large inland storage and service facility with within walking distance of West Grand Traverse Bay. Our equipment includes 30-ton and 35-metric-ton Travelifts, heavy duty trucks and marine-grade hydraulic boat trailers, specialized boat-handling equipment, and crane capabilities for mast stepping, de-stepping, and other marine lifting needs.
